Mystery Cars: The Chevy Biscayne

In 1955, General Motors was on top of the automotive world. They also had the financial and creative freedom to build a dream car that would influence the design of automobiles for many years to come. The Chevy Biscayne was a sports car unlike anything else on the market at that time. From its wraparound windshield to its unique green paint colour, the Chevy Biscayne was a true work of art. Its V8 engine and centre car door opening were just two similar design characteristics to the classic Corvette—it’s also the reason for why it was often referred to as the four-door Corvette.
