Ritchie Yorke, rock journalist, friend of John Lennon

Award winning rock journalist Ritchie Yorke left his native Australia for England in 1966 at the age of 16 when he realized that his interest in music during his teens was likely more than just a hobby. It was when he lived in the UK that he developed a close working (and personal) relationship with John Lennon, Van Morrison, and Led Zeppelin among others. He then relocated to Canada where he was introduced to the burgeoning Canadian music scene. Watch the video to find out more!
